Inviting Swimming Pool

“Isn't making a smoking section in a restaurant like making a peeing section in a swimming pool?”

We took care of business on Tuesday so it was an eventful day without being eventful. Swimming suits were purchased. That was certainly a chore. Obviously, you won’t see any pictures of that here.

The most enjoyable part of the day was the evening. We spent it in the hot tub and the swimming pool. The water was so warm and inviting. We swam a few lengths and thoroughly enjoyed having the whole pool to ourselves. We did have to share the huge hot tub with one other couple but that’s not so bad since we chatted with them. We used to have a pool and a hot tub at our house. When we first moved in we used it all the time. Our kids and grandkids used it. Then, as time went on we only maintained it and rarely used it. Now we have the use of the pool and someone else cleans it, pays the electricity bill and provides the chemicals. That's not a bad deal.

Today’s another day and we’re looking forward to our afternoon barbecue with friends.

We’re still having a great time and loving the Palm Springs area immensely.
